HOW TO MAKE HUSHPUPPIES

Mix dry ingredients and chopped onions together in a medium size mixing bowl, blending ingredients extremely well. Beat eggs and milk together in a separate bowl. Add mixture to dry ingredients. Mix and fold together with a large mixing spoon. Using a scoop or small spoon, scoop the mixture and drop it individually into hot oil (325°). Fry until hushpuppies are golden brown and float (3-4 minutes).
